Over a decade of training. One consistent mission: making fitness something that genuinely improves your life.
At 13, I was unhealthy, overweight, and had no confidence. I decided to change my life. I lost 40kg in a year and discovered something that would become a lifelong pursuit.
By 18, I'd won national bodybuilding titles and started working as a personal trainer, all while studying Economics and Finance at Bocconi University in Milan. I competed at a national level, coached clients, and studied simultaneously, learning early that it's all about finding the right balance.
In 2019 I moved to London to pursue the entrepreneurial side of fitness. I built a personal training business from the ground up, co-founded and managed two private training facilities, and spent over a decade helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Along the way, I realised that the fitness industry was too transactional, too impersonal, and not focused enough on making the experience genuinely enjoyable. That conviction is now shaping something new.
Building and maintaining muscle is one of the most impactful things you can do for long-term health, metabolic function, and quality of life. This isn't about aesthetics. It's about longevity.
Generic programmes ignore individual needs, schedules, and preferences. Lasting results require an approach designed specifically for you, and one that adapts as your life does.
People stick with training when they genuinely enjoy it. Not through willpower, not through punishment, but by designing something you look forward to. Consistency follows naturally.
