Our client onboarding form collects health information including medical history, injuries, medication, and physical activity readiness. Progress photographs are entirely optional. If you choose to share progress photos via WhatsApp, they are used solely to track your training progress. Progress photos are not shared with any third party, not used for marketing purposes, and not published in any format without your separate written consent. Progress photos are deleted upon your request or within 30 days of the end of your coaching relationship.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent on site, and referring sources. This data is used solely to improve our website experience.
